Leadership
Kate Perry
Head of EYFS & Pre-Prep
Kate brings a wealth of experience in both Early Years and Pre-Prep education and leads the team with warmth, knowledge and a real understanding of what young children need to thrive. She works closely with staff across the department, supporting and guiding the team while ensuring that every child is known, encouraged and given the very best start to their education.
Carla Estava
Head of Nursery
Carla has been part of the St Michael’s family for many years and brings extensive Early Years experience to her role as Head of Nursery. Warm, approachable and completely at home with young children, she creates an environment where children feel secure, confident and excited to learn. Carla knows our children and families incredibly well and is at the heart of everyday Nursery life.
Andrea Barrett
Pre-Nursery Lead
Andrea is a familiar and much-loved face at St Michael’s and has a wonderful understanding of our very youngest children. She knows that starting nursery is a big step — for parents as well as children — and takes time to get to know every child and help them settle at their own pace. Her warmth, patience and gentle encouragement help our Pre-Nursery children grow in confidence, independence and curiosity.

Rachel Cornell
Early Years Educator
Rachel brings a wealth of Early Years experience to the team and is passionate about helping children learn and develop through their everyday experiences. Her caring and encouraging approach helps children feel confident to explore, try new things and enjoy all that nursery life has to offer.
Kelly Williams
Early Years Educator
Kelly is an experienced Early Years Educator who brings warmth, enthusiasm and a genuine love of working with young children. She enjoys seeing their personalities emerge and supporting them as they develop new skills, friendships and confidence.
Carly Nobbs
Early Years Educator
Carly brings energy, kindness and plenty of enthusiasm to the Early Years team. She enjoys being part of the children’s day, encouraging their interests and helping to make Nursery a happy, busy and engaging place to learn and play.
Sara Phillips
Early Years Educator
Sara is an experienced and caring member of our Early Years team who understands the importance of making every child feel comfortable, included and valued. Her calm and supportive approach helps children develop the confidence to become increasingly independent and make the most of each day.
